This 2012 creation is an elegant dark chocolate with 70% Creole cocoa from unique, fragrant and sweet varieties of the best white cocoa in Peru, comparable to the best Porcelain.
This chocolate offers us notes of red fruits, mushrooms, dried plums and toasted almonds. Its flavor is slightly acidic, deep, unctuous and sweet, very delicate in short.
