Toscano Black es un blend que nace de una mezcla de distintos cacaos Trinitarios procedente de plantaciones seleccionadas por  Amedei en Venezuela, Ecuador, Madagascar y Ghana.

Esta gama de chocolates resume la filosofía de Cecilia Tessieri, creadora de las fórmula de chocolate Amedei inicialmente:
