The best white cocoa from the Piura region, north of Peru, is selected for the elaboration of this milk chocolate tablet, winner of the prestigious International Chocolate Awards 2015 edition.
Only 50% cocoa paste of the best Creole cocoa in Peru, in the Piura region and milk, with a light touch of natural vanilla.
The purity of white cocoa allows this tablet that, based on dairy products, brings out flavor notes typical of the profile of good Creoles: fruits, flowers, panela.
Cacaosuyo have been pioneers in the rescue of these lost cocoas and little used in chocolate making, making them a very precious asset.
