Only 50% cocoa paste of the best Creole cocoa in Peru, in the Piura region and milk, with a light touch of natural vanilla.
The purity of white cocoa allows this tablet that, based on dairy products, brings out flavor notes typical of the profile of good Creoles: fruits, flowers, panela.
Cacaosuyo have been pioneers in the rescue of these lost cocoas and little used in chocolate making, making them a very precious asset.
